Bisou is a wine that tastes as its name suggests: light, loving and full of life. It is a lively blend of red grapes from the Mosse family's fields in the Loire, grown according to biodynamic principles and vinified with great respect for the grapes.

Behind the wine are brothers Joseph and Sylvestre Mosse, who continue the family's work with natural wine production without compromise. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented spontaneously and vinified separately. After a short maceration, they are collected in large old barrels, where the wine is allowed to settle before being bottled without fining or filtering.

The nose is full of red berries: raspberries, currants and cherries and a slight touch of spice and herbs. In the mouth the wine is juicy and crisp, with a light structure, gentle tannins and a finish that is both dry and lively. It is a wine that can be enjoyed slightly chilled, alone or with a table full of charcuterie, grilled vegetables and good company.

On the nose, Bisou offers bright red fruit – raspberry, redcurrant, cherry – lifted by a hint of spice and herbs. The palate is juicy and fresh, with light body, soft tannins, and a dry, energetic finish.
