They work organically and with minimal intervention – and with the Bourgogne Blanc they once again manage to create a wine that balances classic terroir and contemporary freshness.

The 2023 vintage is fresh and light, with great aromatic clarity and fine acidity. The wine is fermented and aged in used barrels, which adds depth without overpowering the character of the grape and the soil. There is no overripe fruit or butteriness here – instead you are met with white stone fruit, citrus, a little chalky minerality and a salty bite in the finish, making it ideal both as an aperitif and with light dishes with fish, shellfish or summer greens.
